Abstract |
Two for one twisting has gained world wide acceptance in both spun yarn and filament yarn sectors mainly because of inherent advantages like production of long length of knot free yarns which facilitate the better performance in the subsequent process. But TFO method consumes about 3 times more energy/kg of doubled yarn production. Considering this aspect SITRA was developed energy efficient TFO spindle assembly for reducing the conversion cost in TFO twisting machines. |
